• Place shooting hand underneath the ball

• Place opposite hand on the side of the ball

• Bend your knees

• Form a “V” shape with your shooting arm

• Extend your knees, elbows, and wrist

• Release ball and follow thru

• Shooting hand should never cross shooting eye
