Since 19xx, Homeward Bound Residential Clinical Services has been providing Northwest Indiana with the most comprehensive home health care services available. We are the preferred agency for patients of cancer and transplant patients being discharged from both Chicago and Northwest Indiana hospitals. Homeward Bound Residential Clinical Services has the ability and experience to care for for certain groups of patients not routinely cared for in our area, or even nation-wide.

Homeward Bound provides care 24-hours a day/7-days a week, 365-days a year, so there is always someone to care for you. We are committed to the ideal that you and your family have the right to participate in the decisions regarding their own health care and the way in which that care is provided. You deserve the right to remain as autonomous as possible, and have the opportunity to participate in the selection of the best possible health care services.
